A city woman was taken to jail Thursday after being convicted of hitting and kicking a dog near an event where more than 1,000 animal lovers gathered in September. Dana L. A scumbag and obviously psycho. For the boyfriend to stand by, let it happen and then join in on harassing the witness, I'd have to say he shouldn't have the dog either. I pity the child being subject to these abusers.
