3000 lose power in Halfmoon after car accident

3000 National Grid customers lost power at 12:15 PM, when a car hit and toppled a utility pole on Woodin Road in Halfmoon. National Grid spokesperson Patrick Stella says crews took only 45 minutes to restore power to most customers. For the 20 homes still without power, crews aim to finish the necessary repairs by tonight.
