— A Schenectady teen threatened to shoot another person if the victim didn’t hand over his cellphone last week, authorities said.

Mohitesh Prasad, 16, of Brandywine Avenue, faces one count of first-degree robbery, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor.

He is accused of robbing the 15-year-old victim on Stanford Street of the cellphone after displaying what the victim believed was the butt of a handgun, according to papers filed in court.
