Libraries in Capital Region to receive additional state aid

Libraries throughout the Capital Region will receive hundreds of thousands of dollars in aid through the state budget, mostly for improvements and renovations. “These grants will help make our libraries more accessible for people with disabilities, more energy-efficient and more inviting for everyone,” state Sen.
