Tobacco swiped from Schenectady frat house

A city man is accused of entering a fraternity house and taking a can of smokeless tobacco from a bedroom, authorities said. Marc R. DeSilva, 20, of Eastern Avenue, faces one count of second-degree burglary, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He is accused of entering the Lenox Road frat around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, according to papers filed in court.
