Schenectady police say marijuana pipe used as weapon

A broken marijuana pipe was used to injure a man early Sunday morning, police said. Rachael M. Noel, 20, of Second Avenue, Rotterdam, faces one count of second-degree assault, a felony. She is accused of using the pipe to cut the victim on Park Place, causing a wound that required 12 stitches to close, according to papers filed in court.
