Police: Fence used in Schenectady assault

A felony assault charge has been filed against a Colonie man for allegedly hitting another person with a piece of fence, authorities said. Shahid Khan, 21, of Gail Avenue faces one count of second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief, felonies. He is accused of hitting the man with a piece of wooden fence in front of 129 S.
