Man gets up to three years in prison for attempted identity theft in Saratoga

A man was sentenced in Saratoga County Court Monday to 11⁄2 to three years in prison for attempted identity theft. Michael C. Humble, 52, of Lisha Kill Road, was sentenced by County Court Judge Jerry J. Scarano after pleading guilty in April to attempted first-degree identity theft.
