Man shot in face, Schenectady police say

A man was shot in the face Monday night, police said. There were reports of shots fired on the 800 block of Bridge Street at 8:10 p.m., police said. As they went to the scene, a man arrived at the Ellis Hospital emergency room by car with a gunshot wound. Police said his injuries were not life-threatening.
