Regional home sales drop 5 percent in June

Home sales fell 5 percent in the Capital Region in June, possibly a result of low inventory levels, mortgage tightness and a slowly improving job market, according to the Greater Capital Association of Realtors. Why not try getting vacant and abandoned homes on the market instead of letting them sit around for years and just rot away. Lower income families would love to buy them and fix them up for their family to live in. LAWYERS AND BANKS GET OFF YOUR BUTS.
