Schenectady man wants to take back murder plea

A man who admitted in March that he killed another man last year during a wild car chase is now trying to take back his plea. Nicholas Khan, 20, of Schenectady, pleaded guilty in Schenectady County Court earlier to one count of second-degree murder.
