Schdy homeowners cannot afford any increase in property taxes- Every residential
home needs a decrease. Commercial property should have a higher tax rate, GE and Union College should be paying more and the Mayor and City Council needs to focus laser light on reducing the costs that are the biggest burden of City Budget- Police salaries, all overtime and trash expense, City owned vehicles etc. All perks should be eliminated. What is being done to significantly lower these expenses?
