Police say Grafton woman tagged railroad cars

A Grafton woman has been accused of making graffiti on rail cars in Rotterdam. State police in Princetown said Alicia Phillips, 24, was one of four people troopers observed spray painting several parked rail cars on Pan Am Railways property. When the suspected vandalizers saw troopers approaching, they ran into the nearby woods to avoid arrest, troopers said.
