In the fifth paragraph, the word "commiserate" is used where the intended word is clearly "commensurate". Either that was an error by the speaker, or an error by the transcriber. If it was an error by the speaker, it should be immediately followed by "[sic]"; if it was an error by the transcriber, it should be corrected, as it currently makes no sense.
