Fugitive jailed after Cobleskill standoff

A convicted felon from Onondaga County was arrested today after state police say he unlawfully imprisoned two people in a Cobleskill residence and engaged state police in a standoff. Schoharie County 911 received a hang-up call about 3:15 a.m., according to a news release, then a woman called back and said there was a fugitive in the residence.
