Car trouble in Cobleskill leads to drug charges

A car breakdown led to a man’s arrest on drug charges Monday, state police said. The arrest came after a state trooper spotted a disabled motorist at Route 145 and Mineral Springs Road in the town of Cobleskill around midnight Monday morning.
