Parked car leads to Johnstown man's drug, DWI arrest

A Johnstown man is facing drunken-driving and drug possession charges after a state trooper found his vehicle parked on a county road in Broadalbin. A trooper was patrolling the Fulton County town when he noticed a vehicle parked in the northbound lane of County Route 10.
