Saratoga Springs man indicted in gunfire case

A Saratoga Springs man who allegedly fired a rifle at people outside his residence last fall has been indicted by a Saratoga County grand jury. Justin E. Eistertz, 25, of Phila Street, was indicted Friday on a felony charge of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to District Attorney James A. Murphy III’s office.
