Man's death on Schenectady train tracks ruled a suicide

The death of a man who was hit by a train Saturday evening has been ruled a suicide, city police said today. The incident occurred near Congress Street and 10th Avenue in the Mont Pleasant neighborhood around 8:45 p.m. as an Amtrak crew was moving the empty train to New York City. Lt.
