Shots fired through a window last month where a woman had just been standing have now resulted in an arrest. Jaquan Crawford, 26, of Pearl Street, is accused of opening fire at the Congress Street apartment window June 11. His ex-girlfriend had been in the window moments earlier, according to court papers, but she was unharmed. Crawford faces one count each of first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies.
