Police: Schenectady man used found credit card
SCHENECTADY A city man faces felony charges after authorities said he found a credit card last month and used it himself, instead of turning it in or trying to find its owner.
Augustus Acquasanta, 46, of Summit Avenue, found the credit card June 19 on the street near the Nott Terrace Stewart’s Shop, according to court papers. He then went inside the Stewart’s and allegedly used it to make a purchase.
Acquasanta is charged two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, all felonies.
