Unfortunately, Rush business planners cannot accurately present basic data like City of Schenectady per capita income. The US Census has the most accurate data available on this, and they state that the City per capita income is $20,422. Rush data is from 2009, not 2012, the most recent data available. Why did they state that per capita income was 4.9% lower than actual? Why did they not mention that the City's median family income is $49,700?

Why does Rush use City per capita income in one half of the sentence, but County totals for people receiving some form of public assistance? Per capita income in the County is $28,326. This is 45.9% higher than the inaccurate and deceptive statistic that Rush uses.

For the County of Schenectady, median family income is $70,042. Why is this not mentioned by Rush?
