Casino hopefuls’ cards on table

Officials at Howe Caverns in Cobleskill  submitted their application for a casino license with the state Gaming Commission this afternoon, in Schenectady. They are partnering with Full House Resorts, which currently operates casinos in Indiana, Mississippi, Nevada and New Mexico.

The state Gaming Commission on Tuesday released executive summaries of all 17 casino projects proposed for upstate New York, shedding some light on why each developer believes its application is a winner.
