Schenectady man who allegedly escaped cops pleads guilty to drug charge

A man accused of slipping out of a pair of handcuffs and fleeing as officers tried to take him into custody after a traffic stop pleaded guilty to a related drug charge Monday. Officials said Anthony J. Sindoni, 26, of Barrett Street, pleaded guilty in Schenectady County Court to one count of third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
