— This summer, the village of Schoharie will be hosting a four-week Friday night concert series.

Admission will be free and food will be available at all events. The Schoharie Promotional Association will also be having a 50-50 raffle at each concert to help fund the series.

Attendees should bring their own lawn chairs to sit and enjoy the music; the rain location will be under the pavilion at the Fox Creek Park.

Moonshine Junkies will play the first show from 7 to 9 p.m. July 11 in the county courtyard, in front of the courthouse on Main Street. The locally formed Schoharie County band will play top modern country hits.

On July 18, The All Paul Show will play at Fox Creek Park from 7 to 10 p.m.; food from local restaurants will be available beginning at 6 p.m. The band will play Beatles classics and songs from Paul McCartney’s solo career.

The Catskill-based band Blues Maneuver will play Motown, oldies and swing in the county courtyard from 7 to 9 p.m. July 25.

Progressive classic rock band 5 Zero will play from 7 to 9 p.m. Aug. 1 in the county courtyard.
