Developers proposing casinos in Amsterdam, Cobleskill, East Greenbush, Rensselaer and Schenectady all submitted applications to the state Gaming Commission’s offices in Schenectady on Monday. The applications were delivered by the truckload, with some totaling hundreds of boxes.
