Schenectady woman allegedly hit niece, 4

A 4-year-old girl remained hospitalized in stable condition Wednesday after being struck by her aunt in Schenectady and left for a period of time in a bathtub last weekend, authorities said. The girl’s aunt, Marcy Partlow, 27, of 814 Bridge St., was charged Monday with one count of second-degree assault, a felony.
