— Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band will play at the Palace Theatre on Tuesday, June 10, the venue announced today.

Starr, one of two surviving members of The Beatles, has been in the spotlight lately as the 50th anniversary of the Fab Four’s arrival in The States approaches. He and Paul McCartney were feted Monday at a taping for a special to air on CBS on Feb. 9, the 50th anniversary of the British band's appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show."

Joining the fabled Beatles drummer on tour will be Steve Lukather (of Toto), Richard Page (Mr. Mister), Gregg Rolie (Santana), Todd Rundgren and Gregg Bissonette. Starr has compiled 17 solo albums, including his latest, "Ringo 2012" two years ago.
