The driver of this car escaped injury after he drove his car into his garage at 22 Holly Boulevard in Scotia, through the back wall and into a neighbors wooden fence Friday, January 24, 2014.

— A car slammed into a house on Holly Boulevard, police said.

The accident was bad enough that Scotia firefighters asked National Grid to cut power and gas to the house.

The house is just past the intersection of Holly and Bancker Avenue.

Police said they don’t yet know whether anyone was injured.
