DWI charge filed against driver after crash knocks out power in Rotterdam

A Saturday evening accident disrupted power to a section of Rotterdam and resulted in the driver’s arrest on a drunken driving count, police said. The accident happened around 9 p.m. on Route 5S in Rotterdam, near Pattersonville, police said.
