Alleged Rotterdam jewelry thief arrested
ROTTERDAM Police arrested a woman Wednesday accused of burglarizing two residences on three separate occasions within a week. Police said in a press release that Zadlo allegedly targeted jewelry in all three incidents, which was then sold to a local pawn shop.
Erikalyn Zadlo, age 34, of 14 Memory Lane, Rotterdam, has been charged with three counts of second-degree burglary, a class C felony. She has been arraigned and is currently in Schenectady County Jail.
Rotterdam police say that the victims were known to Zadlo. The burglaries took place twice in a residence on Nicky Drive and once in a residence on Brain Crest Court. The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are possible.
