Colonie police search for driver in hit-and-run

Police are looking for a driver that struck a bicyclist and drove off Monday night. The bicyclist was struck from behind on Cohoes' Crescent Road just before 10:30 p.m. The bicyclist, identified as 18-year-old James Beaudoin, of Cohoes, was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Beaudoin was hit in the area of Fonda Road by a vehicle described as a dark grey 2002 to 2006 Hyundai Elantra that should be missing ...
