Amtrak trains held in NYC moving again

NEW YORK — All westbound and southbound Amtrak trains has resumed from New York's Penn Station.

The trains were suspended earlier Tuesday due to electrical system issues in the Trenton, N.J. area.

Passengers should expect residual delays.
