Fulton County board picks a chairman

Mayfield Supervisor Richard Argotsinger, a Republican, will serve as 2014 chairman of the Fulton County Board of Supervisors. Argotsinger was chosen to chair the 20-member board and Oppenheim Supervisor George Capek, also a Republican, was chosen to serve as vice-chairman, according to the office of Board of Supervisors. Argotsinger succeeds 2013 chairman William Waldron of Johnstown’s 4th Ward.
