For the next month, Schenectady has a new assistant fire chief: Raymond Senecal. He was sworn in Thursday morning, just after Chief Michael Della Rocco announced that he plans to retire by the end of the month. What are the new fire chief's and Mayors plans to control over time by scheduling vacations and personal time properly? Sick time, vacation and personal time should not be allowed to carry over.

It doesnt carry over in the fire dept. Another misinformed person who thinks ok to spout off about something they no nothing about. PLEASE do a little fact checking before you use a forum to post your misinformed rant.
