— Roberto Livingstone was drunk and driving more than 25 mph over the speed limit on Interstate 90 when state police attempted to pull him over in April.

But instead of stopping, the 40-year-old Schenectady man continued driving for several minutes, police said. When he finally yielded, troopers noted that he was exhibiting multiple signs of intoxication, including glassy eyes, impaired speech and having the odor of alcohol on his breath.

Livingston admitted to one count of driving while intoxicated in Albany County Court Thursday. He now faces up to three years in prison, $1,000 fine and a license revocation when sentenced in February.
