Two NYC students injured in science lab explosion

NEW YORK — Two students at an Upper West Side high school have been injured in an explosion during a chemistry class. The accident happened just after 9 a.m. today at the Beacon School. City Department of Education spokeswoman Marge Feinberg says one student suffered burns to the face and neck and the second student suffered burns to the hand.
