Two arrested in unrelated Schenectady drug cases

— Two city residents face drug charges in unrelated cases, authorities said.

Eva M. Berger, 37, of 815 Bradt St., allegedly possessed crack cocaine and heroin Tuesday evening near the corner of Craig and Wylie streets, according to papers filed in court.

She faces one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, along with misdemeanor criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and loitering.

Robert T. Normington, 35, of Guilderland Avenue, allegedly possessed crack cocaine at State and Close streets early Monday, according to papers filed in court.

He faces one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
