An Amsterdam man faces graffiti and weapons charges after police allegedly found him spray painting graffiti in a vestibule early Saturday, authorities said. Donald J. Bertrand, 45, is accused of spray painting over older graffiti at a Liberty Street address just after 2 a.m. Saturday in order to leave his own, according to papers filed in court.
