After theft, Fulton County police search for historic firearms

Police are asking for the public's help recovering historic guns stolen from a Fulton County residence last month. Two Gloversville residents are facing felony burglary charges while police search for the guns - one of which is a Civil War musket. Amy Simonds, 34, and Brandon Coopey, 32, both of 28 Spring Ave., Gloversville, were charged Jan. 24 with second-degree burglary, a felony, according to a release from the Gloversville Police Department.
