Five men face drug charges in Schenectady

— Five men face drug charges in unrelated incidents, authorities said.

Teschon T. Cribbs, 23, was arrested Tuesday on State Street after officers found him with a small amount of crack cocaine, according to papers filed in court.

Later at the police station, officers allegedly discovered methamphetamine.

Cribbs faces one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, along with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of false personation, misdemeanors.

Orlando Burgos, 60, of Albany Street, faces two counts each of third-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance.

Burgos was arrested Thursday, accused of possessing and selling heroin in October and November, according to papers.

Devin J. Walls, 35, of Manhattan Street, was charged Tuesday with two counts each of third-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance.

Walls is accused of selling crack cocaine in December and February in Schenectady, according to papers.

Peter J. Whitehouse, 33, of Harvard Street, was charged Feb. 12 with third-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance, felonies.

Whitehouse is accused of possessing and selling heroin in October in Schenectady, according to papers.

Rodolfo Yambo, 42, of Albany Street, was charged Feb. 12 with one count each of third-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance.

Yambo is accused of possessing and selling heroin in December.
