18 accused of illegally receiving unemployment benefits

A total of 18 people have been arrested, accused of illegally receiving $3,000 or more in unemployment benefits, state police said today. One woman is accused of illegally receiving more than $22,000 in unemployment benefits. The individuals were arrested in recent weeks after investigations by the state police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and state Department of Labor.
