Man held in jewelry theft at New Scotland home

Authorities arrested a Middle Grove man on burglary charges after he allegedly stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from an Albany County home he was hired to paint in 2013. He allegedly sold the loot at a Troy pawn shop. Sean M. Descisciolo, 30, was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny on Tuesday. He was arraigned in Town Court and sent to the Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 bail. ...
