— A masked man robbed a Colonie gas station at gunpoint early this morning, police said.

The man entered the Sunoco A+ Mini Mart, 62 Exchange St., just before 3 a.m. brandishing a long-barrel revolver and demanding money.

The clerk handed over some cash from the register and the suspect fled. He may have gotten into a vehicle last seen headed west on Exchange Street, police said.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported. The suspect got away with less than $100.

The suspect fits the description of the suspect in an Albany Robbery from Monday, police said.

The Colonie suspect is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 215 pounds. He had a grey hooded sweatshirt with a gold zipper and a multi-colored scarf covering his face.
