Man sues Colonie police, claiming false arrest

A man identified as a retired New York City police officer is suing the town of Colonie and its Police Department alleging he was unlawfully Tasered in 2013. An attorney for Justin Blot filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Albany earlier this month seeking a total of $15 million in damages.
