Two teens allegedly threw rocks at cars in Rotterdam

Two teens threw rocks onto the Thruway at passing vehicles, state police said. The teens, one age 15 from Rotterdam Junction and the other age 16 from Princetown, were charged with multiple misdemeanors. They are accused of throwing the rocks at four large commercial trucks June 23. The trucks had their windshields broken.
