Schenectady police: Man had gun held to head

A city man threatened another person last month by holding a gun to the person’s head, authorities said. James A. Parker, 24, of McClellan Street, was charged Sunday with one count each of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and misdemeanor menacing.
