Post office truck overturns after being hit by vehicle in Niskayuna

A U.S. Postal Service vehicle was struck and turned on its side Wednesday afternoon on Grand Boulevard, Niskayuna police said. The driver of the truck was taken to Ellis Hospital for evaluation. The incident happened just after 1 p.m. on Grand Boulevard at Dean Street. A car driven by Caren Gonzalez, 45, of Niskayuna was traveling north on Dean Street when she struck the postal truck, police said. Gonzalez was issued a ticket for failure ...
