South Glens Falls man headed back to prison after drug sale plea

A South Glens Falls man on Thursday pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court to selling heroin. Joshua Grey, 26, pleaded guilty before Judge Jerry J. Scarano to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, said District Attorney James A. Murphy, III. He pleaded guilty to selling heroin Oct. 8, 2013, in Moreau, and is expected to be sentence to 6 1/2 years in prison when he appears before Scarano on Oct. 9, Murphy said. Grey ...
