Some accounts of Dennis Drue’s behavior at Koto Japanese Restaurant on Dec. 1, 2012, suggest he was highly intoxicated. Suing Dennis Drue I understand. But his mother? That I don't get. How is she at fault??

Because it was her car, they have to sue her to get any money out of her auto insurance company.
